Product Overview
TREMCLAD Oil-Based Rust Paint & Primer is a paint and primer in one for metal surfaces. It penetrates rust and bonds tightly to metal, so on sound, tightly-adhered rust it can be applied directly with no scraping or sanding and usually needs no separate primer.
- Size: 237 mL (8.01 oz) brush-on can
- Finish: Flat · Colour: Black (premixed)
- Paint and primer in one — apply direct to metal
- Coverage: up to 27 sq. ft. (3 m²) per can
- Tack-free in 2–3 hours; wait overnight before recoating
- Thin and clean up with turpentine
Good for railings, gates, tools, trailers, patio furniture and other metal that is already showing rust. Available in store at our Richmond Hill and North York locations.
