Built for vinyl and heavier papers, where you paste the paper rather than the wall and need a proper brush to work it out.
Inside: wallpaper brush (11100), glue brush (11102), safety-lock utility knife with snap-off blade (08815), seam roller (11728), smoothing tool (706), plus a plumb line and chalk so your first strip actually starts straight.
The plumb line is the part people skip. No wall in a Toronto house is square, and if strip one is off, every strip after it is worse.
